The internet is a visual medium, limiting embedded photos to certain boards seems pointless. I can kind of understand it in current events so the pics don't detract from debate but other than that It just seems silly. Not allowing pics in the video section seems especially nonsensical.

I agree. However, I think the reason they're doing it that way is because people kept abusing the privileges (ie. posting absurdly large images multiple times).

I thinks pics are so much important on board that you have to show your appearance and adding up the videos are also essential and necessary.

Its to stop fucktards posting stupid shit in every board. I was around when we could post images anywhere and believe me its better off this way.
