I was pissed that CNN cuts off Biden's rally speech then realized that they were annoucing the death of Obama's grandmother I started feeling deeply sad.

The timing of it couldn't have made it even more tragic, it is very sad that she will not be alive to see Obama win if he does.

Anybody else remember how Obama's recent visit to his grandmother was handled by the rightyrant crowd ?

He was saying goodbye to the last of his family, dying of cancer as his mother had died. She was already under intensive medical care, as was known.

I support Obama and I absolutely sympathize with his loss, but I agree that rand0m's joke was funny. I will agree that it was 100% inappropriate, and I would be outraged if it was in a forum where Obama or any of his family could witness it, but it wasn't.

This is, as much as you all try and ignore it, Ebaum's World. Though we may be sitting at the "adults table", we can't forget that the main purpose of this forum is to make childish, crude, and completely inappropriate jokes at other's expense.
