High fucking five, man.
I've currently got these on my computer:
Beneath A steel Sky, Day of the tentacle, Flight of the Amazon Queen, Full Throttle, Indiana Jones 1, Indiana Jones 2, Labyrinth, Loom, Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island 1, 2, 3 and 4, Sam and Max, The Dig, and Zak McCracken and the Alien Mindbenders.
I actually picked up about 90% of these titles in a single box, original casings and all for like 12 bucks. I grabbed it and got the hell out of there in case he missed a zero on the price tag or sold the wrong box of junk. I don't actually use the CD's though since it's a hassle so I just ripped them onto my computer (with the exception of Zak Mcracken cos I'm a hardcore pirate)

Those are the ones I have on mine, along with Grim Fandango and Simon the Sorcerer. Maniac Mansion (C64 version) was my favourite as a kid, and I remember spending about a couple of hours on it before I figured out the key was under the mat. I was also pretty freaked out when you first go into the kitchen and Nurse Edna is stood at the fridge. You don't see her until you get to the right side of the screen. I didn't finish it until years later when I got the PC Enhanced version. By that time I was also hooked on Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2 on the Amiga, where you had to switch the disks all of the time. There was about 12 for MI2; you'd click to go to a new part of the Island and you'd get "Please Insert Disk #8".
