Embedded video

Every time someone posts a video on this forum it shows up twice, and nobody seems to know why. I was just wondering if anyone was doing anything to fix this? It's just kind of annoying.

If you want an example just look at any thread in the Video forum.

Waht it seems like, is that the way the embedding has been coded, it's recognising a URL (And automatically embedding it), then due to some kinda fault with coding, it recognises the URL in the embed codes it uses, then turns that into an embedded video too. Hence, you get a video with a linked title. Then some linked embed code. And another video.

If you want to post a link to a youtube video without embedding it at all, do this... make sure that the title text is on a different line as whitespace matters.

I haven't worked out a way around this double embedding though. I'd say its me is correct in her interpretation... the forum is screwed...
