premium again....

I know there was a thread about this before but I think it was kinda forgotten about so I wanted to ask on a fresh new thread. Can any mods say when premium would be an option again? I would really like to upgrade. I have been wanting to upgrade for quite sometime now. If someone could shed some light on the premium issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!!
