View Full Version : Get Rid Of That Beeping "10000th Visitor" advertisement

It is ridiculous to have an advertisement that throws out a loud common MSN problem "BEEP" every 3 seconds, I was multitasking in about 7 different windows and I couldnt' find wtf was making the noise, took me quite some time to realize that it was a stupid banner advertisement. I would like to think Ebaums is just unaware that this advertisement exists, and will have enough sense to get rid of it.

Quite possibly the worst ad I have ever seen ane heard. Ebaum get rid of this ridiculous crap, cant even view a video without having to hear beep, beep, beep. And no im not installing some anti ad crap either.

Yep. That shit is fucked up.

Edit: actually I just installed firefox adblocker; works a treat. Install it you lazy fucks, it's like 300kb and you can block all ads.

goes against the whole point...the point is you shouldnt have to put up with the beeping sound of an annoying ad in the first place. Whoever's bright idea that was needs to go back to grade school.

Ebaums don't select the ads. They get revenue from ad companies in exchange for space on the site to advertise. They can't very well say to the company "oh we don't like that latest batch of ads, can we get something different?"

I'm sure Ebaums would oblige if you were willing to pay for all the costs of keeping this website though.

Get firefox adblocker. A two second google and 300kb download installs the app onto firefox. I just used it to permanently block every ad on this page i'm viewing, it's piss easy.
