This game is so fucking underrated. I picked it up on the 360 a year ago and am still playing it. I mean come on, any game that has you fighting giant mutated ants, spiders, robots, and flying saucers is good by default. The enemies in this game are fucking huge and the difficulty on higher levels is fucking brutal.

Anyone here play it before? If so what did you think?

This is the type of game that should have had online multiplayer for it.

I've never played the game, but I've read enough about it to know I'd love it.

I dream for a co-op online game where a team of 32-64 players are working together to bring some colossal monstrousity down with modern day weapons. Bonus points for updated content, so we'll have new monsters regularly.

I saw a sci-fi movie about giant mutant alien ants that attacked earth. It really turned me off to anything involving giant mutant alien ants =/

Fuck. If you meet someone who has gotten 1000/1000 of the achievements for this game than you've met one bad ass motherfucker.

It breaks it down that you get 6 achievements in all I think. I'll check and edit if I am wrong. But one for each difficulty setting and one for collecting all weapons. The thing of it is the game has 53 levels and over 200 some weapons. The higher the difficulty the better the weapons the enemies drop but the hardest difficulty level is nothing but A.I. raping you.

Seriously though any game that lets you blow up a city sky line just to line up a shot with a 250 foot tall robot is win in my book.

That's what sucked about the game. No online multiplayer. Online split screen co op. I'm not sure about the other titles in the series since those were on the PS2 and I don't think it was doing multi back in the day.

Hahaha I played this in Florida with my friend when I was visiting and it is ridiculousness in game form. It gets hard as hell too..
