And it comes with Project Gotham Racing 4. It is sealed and everything and there are no notices on it that say "not for resale" and it has a barcode on it. Could I return the game without a receipt to Wal-Mart for store credit?

Yeah but I'm wondering if maybe there is like something that will notify them not to return when they scan the barcode?
Have any of you guys tried this before?

If it's still sealed, some stores (futureshop and maybe bestbuy) will return it without a receipt. Hopefully they won't notice the "Not for re-sale" on the back? Although, EB tends to sell those games too, so I don't think it will matter. And by communicator bundle, do you mean the 12 month live card, headset, chatpad, and PGR4? Cause yeah, that'll get you over half that back if you return the game. Stores may know this too, however.
Just try it, see what happens.

just go to a store and take the paper cover from under the plastic on an empty case.
or better yet, take the disk into the store put it into an empty game case and take it to the counter.

I'm pretty sure the barcodes are different between the 'Not for Resale' versions and the retail one. You can try, but I doubt you'll be able to exchange it for a different game.

Wal-Mart will accept pretty much anything for return. You can return goods not even purchased there most times with no receipt. The worst thing that will happen is probably just store credit.
Try it, it's not like you can get in trouble or anything.

There is NOT a "not for resale" notice on the game. I wanted to do the same thing with the SOCOM: Confrontation bundle, but the game didn't have a barcode and it said right on it "not for resale".
The game is worth $30 retail so I'm gonna try it.
