Hey what's a good WWII game for PS2? I know PS2 is old and useless now and i'll probably get a PS3 sometime soon but for now I have a PS2 and I haven't gotten a PS2 WWII game in a while so I have no idea which ones are good.

Yeah, but it's pretty much the same as CoD3.

Yeah, I hate that mentality, if it isn't the latest thing, it immediately stops being good. If it was good once, it is good now, if you believe any different, you are falling into their trap and deserve to waste your time and money.

Wtf are you fags talking about, he's right, the PS2 IS OLD AND USELESS. The only games being released for PS2 now are movie games and stripped down ports of the PS3/360 versions. Unless you haven't played any of the older games yet, the PS2 is dead. Sony should just kill it, I hate to see the once great PS2 being used as a work mule.

You're a fucking idiot. The PS2 was and is still amazing. It may not be up to date technically, but it doesn't mean it's useless. It had some very amazing games that I still enjoy playing with friends alot of the time. Unfortunately that's all I use it for anymore, the MP games because they are still fun and competitive. You're just a superficial faggot.

You are such a fucking retard. Yeah, of course you can still go out and play some old games (I feel like playing Vice City right now)and still have a fun time, but tell me, are any good games being released for PS2 now? No.

It doesn't matter. There are no games AT ALL being released for the NES, but is that dead? No, so shut the fuck up.

That's the whole point of a console being "dead" numbnuts. A consoles life support is it's games, I'm not saying the PS2 isn't great, I'm saying the console's dead

If decent games are still being made for it, yes

If decent games are still being made for it, yesMany of the games being made now are way better than originals, is there any other console that will be considered "alive" 31 years after release? I kinda doubt it, the NES has a chance though.

Now don't get me wrong, cause I hate it when people are like "Man, Megaman and Mario are the best games of all time" because I completely dissagree. Yes, it was amazing for it's time, but games nowadays are far FAR better than anything that was out 20 years ago. Just because it's classic doesn't mean its the greatest. But still, older systems are still fun to play.

Depends on your preferred style of gaming, I guess. I'm still a big fan of the older style arcade games, I also like 2D platformers and early turn based RPG's. The newest game system I own is a Nintendo DS, I actually have avoided a majority of CD based systems, partially because I always buy used and reliability is a factor and partly because they don't offer anything I really, really want to play.

I might make the move the the newer stuff when I am sure I've played every game worth playing for the dozen or so systems I collect for, which I don't see happening any time soon.

What I meant was what The Canadien was saying, as in they don't make games for it anymore, I still love it but it's hard finding new games for it since they don't make as many as they do for PS3. I had such a hard time finding madden 09 for PS2, it wasn't online on many sites, I got the last one they had at a local best buy. But yeah the Medal of Honor one you were talking about was frontline and I got that game when it came out in like 02  I've heard that Brothers in Arms WWII games are good, I know the most recent one Hells Highway wasn't made for PS2 but is the third one in the series any good? I have heard though that they aren't even going to make anymore PS2 stuff in a few months, cutting it off completely. But I plan to get a PS3 next christmas anyway so it won't matter.
