Does EBW manage their moderators

Just wondering if there is anyone checking up on the moderators to make sure they arent being immature and unjust? Somehow all of my comments are being deleted. I am mature enough not to be posting racist or assinine or even "dirty" comments and yet all of my comments have been arbitrarily deleted from the home page to the blogs as long as it is from my SN. I would hope that EBW is smart enough to have some form of checks and balances for these moderators as this is quite immature and unnecessary.
