It most likely was 4chan spamming your chat room and telling you it was us. They do that a lot.

What you do is go to http://img.4chan.org/b/imgboard.html and tell them that you're from the Twilight chat room and that you and Edward would like them to very please stop spamming, that you mind your own business and would like to very much be left alone to talk about silky ivory skin that glitters in the sunlight.

I'm pretty sure if you ask that way they'll be more than happy to leave you alone forever. They'll probably spread the word to leave you guys alone too, since you asked all polite-like.
