Good episode. The concert scene was the best. It was quite obvious, at least to me that Mickey Mouse was going to be the boss. However, he was still funny.

I thought it was hilarious that Kenny talked so much but you didn't know halk the things he was saying.

the Pirate episode was great, apart from it trying to get emotional towards the end, it was hilarious. Cartman was easily the highlight, his vision of piracy and manipulation powers were so satisfying, I love seeing him in his element. The lightsaber too was awesome, used against the French! It was a good episode with a classic feel to it, I liked it.

It all depends on the writing staff. Some shows can innovate for years, like Friends, others become monotonous and repetitive yet we watch them anyway because of the hot girls, like Friends.

eh.. I didn't like that episode at all actually.

it seemed kind of rushed too. the beginning was kind of slow and commercials came on, I looked at the clock and there was only 5 minutes left. I thought they were going to do a two part episode because I didn't think it would be finished in 5 minutes. So the last 5 minutes felt really fucking rushed.

Yeah I sort of felt that way too but it didn't really bother me. Seeing Cartman in his prime, combined with a solid story and plenty of hilarious moments, it over compensated, definitely. It was not the greatest episode, but really above average. It did feel a bit slow at times, and a bit rushed at times, but the ending was sound, it kept me entertained, and that's all I really ask. :)
