For one thing the video quality is so bad it makes youtube look good, but not ONLY that! No, the videos also load surprisingly slow, you would think a video with such poor quality would load fast at least but no!

Either the website isn't providing enough bandwidth or the video format is just bad, something must change. Its getting quite annoying and it really makes this website look bad/unprofessional.
