The allowable file size for avatars is 97 kb which is way more than most sites.

But unfortunately the avatar size is 100 x 100


Let's make a deal, reduce the file size from 97 kb to 60 kb and in exchange make the avatars 150 x 150

:)

And Premium users can have 175 x 175 size & 90 kb avatars

I don't think people want to see colossal avatars to the left of every post.

150 x 150 is not that big, it is only 50% larger than what we have right now.

This image is 150 x 107 it is not that big and it is less than 11 kb.

If I'm not mistaken the premium size used to be 100 x 100 and non premium was something like 75 x 75. I think its the avatar sizes are fine the way they are. Maybe you should worry more about the quality of your posts rather than the size of your avatar. :dbagsmile:
