Im a hypochondriac so I constanly think something is physically/emotionally wrong with me. I like to post my symptoms and have people give me their diagnoses.

Could we have a H/M forum?

It's not genetics, or anything else mentioned here.... It's nature's way of keeping the sperm at a perfect temperature.
The left testicle appears 'larger' because it hangs a bit lower.
This is so that when compressed together, one testicle tends to tuck slightly under the other testicle. This helps to protect both testicles from outside bruising, and it helps also to keep the testicles from getting too hot, which could cause temporary infertility.

Gets annoying when you need to sit though, I have to keep adjusting myself as stealthily as I can in public.

You've either got 3 months to live or nothing to worry about. I say the latter. I also say a Health thread is a damned good idea.
