When claiming a prize, (this may sound like a stupid question) but how should I enter my adress? I don't want to write it the wrong way so they don't send it to the right place. Do I basically do # house, street, city, state, zip code?

Write it just like it appears on any of the mail you've received to your house, examples would be: utility bills, Gay Pr0n magazines, or invitations to PartyVan parties.
