Alright, this might be a little off the normal path of this site, but since everyone just LOVES to get into political debates here, I thought someone might have some info on this.

I heard a while ago that a reporter sued the Fox News station for firing her because she refused to show false information. Fox News won the case because they weren't classified as a "News Network" but an "Entertainment Network".

Does anyone know if this is true and where I could find more info on this? My internet searches haven't been very productive.

Yeah, I know what that's like. I live in Florida. I'd appreciate if you could find something.

Do to the nature of the links name I cant post it.Nor will I mention it. The station in question is WTVT in Tampa. Two repoters refused to NOT say that a dairy farm was using the hormone rBGH.Seems Monsanto(the manufacturers of rBGH) pressured them into giving a false story....Ooops! But IT WAS NOT FOX NEWS....WTVT is NOT owned by the Fox Corperation. Its only an affiliate....I think Ive given you enough info to Google...End of thread
