No, you don't get a box for staying here for a year. That's only for rep pts. But everytime you hand out points, its one more rep point for every 100 rep pts, every 1 year your here, and every 1000 posts, but the green boxes are only for rep pts. So if you rep someone, they get 3 points because you have 1 for no reason, 1 more for staying here for 1 year, and 1 more for havin 100 pts +
