I like the "Owawawa" from "Down with the sickness"...Not sure if it's a scream, But it's pretty cool nonetheless.

At the end of the song "you know your right" By nirvana when kurt let's out the last "things have never been so well, I have never felt so sweeeeeellllllll" and on "Where did you sleep last night" on their unplugged album, where he just keeps gathering momentum throughout the song and it all comes out at the end.

Maynard... yes, the scream at the end of The Grudge has to be the most insane single scream in the history of music, 4 times throughout it I expected him to stop or take a breath and each time he just kept it going... 27 seconds in all I think. Tool are fairly amazing to me, I would find it very hard to rate any other band as more technically challenging to follow.

And anything by Disturbed has alot of cool sounding "screams", he's got an awesome voice, it's almost robotic.
