Scrolling through the many threads in the music forum, I could not find anything with a dance and electronic theme. Are there fans out there? Progressive, House, Techno, D&B, anything?

Dance music is growing around the world (even in America...). Whether you like it or not, is carving it's niche in the market. There is a dance remix for almost any song you can think of. Original productions are puching the envelope of creativity and technology. The number of dance clubs opening up recently are pleasantly surprising.

Could this be the next disco, or something more?

What directions will dance music go?

Who inspires you? Who makes you move?

What tracks are hot -> which ones are not?

I listen to alot of electronic music, not so much on dance music though. IDM and downtempo is what I listen to most of the time be it when Im stoned or just relaxin........I like to spin breaks and jungle, but I dont listen to it that much........

I wouldnt really care if electronic music went mainstream or not, but I highly doubt it will ever get really popular, although Poastal Service is pretty popular around campus.........Alot of the club songs that go mainstream suck balls and then when people hear it, they assume all electronic music is like that, so theyll think all electronic music sucks balls......

Some artists Im really into are Mouse on Mars, Tipper, Boards of Canada, Bonobo, Wagon Christ, and a few hundred others......
