Oh I'm soo happy I'M not the only one here who drives a pickup...they're so much more usable then a car. And 4x4 sure comes in handy when driving on those snowy or muddy roads.
Ever go mud boggin' damn is that alot of fun....speeding thru a muddy bog and trying not to get stuck...haha :)

lol that does sound sweet
but unfortunatly its only got a v8 small block 305 in it and no super or turbo charger. and it is lowered, so the front end is only 8 inches off the ground and the back is about 16 inches off the ground

dude is that a k-5 that thing roxxors lol i love that car gimme gimme gimme:D
and that 55 pickup, do not put a turbo in there, the engine is so big that it can easily handle a heavey super charger, and frankly it would get more psi from it as well

i got a 2002 black chevy avalanche, 5.3l vortec engine, got 2 12's under the back seats powered by a nemesis 850w amp, i love it:D :D

damn man the prob with a super is you gotta use the higher octane fuels. and i sure as hell dont have the money for that
there are kits however which use a duel turbo system and make the same psi as a single super.

no one is forcing you to use the higher octane fuels, and to be honest that is a fallacy, you can you regular 83 octane and be just fine. its not like the car will explode with that fuel in tha tank

well what i meant was that u get better performance with high octane fuel.... and i no its not gonna blow the car up lol... but im not putting one in anytime soon so i dont think it matters too much

i dont know if it is in the same class as some of the other trucks here but technically it is a truck, i have a 1985 El Camino with a 350 under the hood. Its a pretty cool truck i just had it at a carshow about two weeks ago and took third place. And, its not mine but i drive it sometimes, my dad's dodge rampage

Well technically I have an SUV, but in 1985 it was still considered a truck.... 85 Bronco full size with a 351W and 4bbl carb with 6" lift and running 35's. Not a bad vehicle as it has treated me well and it definately gets the looks.

2003 f250 super duty with 6.0 diesel
loser guy182

yea sure it will outrun it, but in car and driver it scored the highest in the lane change catergory despite its heavy weitgh, (57) but it could have gone faster cuz my dad did it goin lik 65,
the ford, on the other hand got like 48 or sumtin, i dont no how it go second, they said it was the haevyiest, handeled the wordt, and the only plus was it jumped and the bumper didnt fall off WOW, the only thing i can see that the dodge had against it was the way it set( way low in the frnt, way high in the back) so stfu,

haha yeah right.....sorry but hemis really arent shit....my truck is completely stock and no hemi can beat it unless its modded. I'm not saying that i walk all over them but they arent as fast
loser guy182
03-04-2004, 09:52 PM
ok, im not goin to flame u or nuttin but, i no teo ppl who raced the ss and the hemi, and the hemi won everytime by 1-2 car links, and one thing that fuckin kills it is the computer, as soon as they come out with a programer for it, it will eat up an SS,
im not claimn the HEMI will smoke nething either, i no its slower, but those new fords are hella ugy, especially in the back, that SS is alright i guess, but w/e,
plus dodge definatley has it when it comes to comercials, "that thing got a hwmi in it, well now i got a hemi too, but i got sumtin you dont *launches [parachutE*" lol

car and driver ? lets talk real world, everyone knows car and driver base their reports on who pads their pockets the most, i actually test drove a "hemi" before i bought my FORD, everything seemed cheap., the inside just felt like it would break in a short period of time, i guess thats why it was 10,000 cheeper than mine as well, my truck is 100% stock as well. its a kick to see those "hemi" drivers face as im leaving them behind, beside, i dont even know why they call it a "hemi" thats not a real hemi

if you wanna talk magazines, which don't mean shit, then the one that tested the SS, Harley, and regular cab hemi (can't remember which magazine it was, will find it for you if you want me too), but in terms of speed the hemi came dead last to its much heavier counterparts....not that magazines mean anything, but just since you brought them up

Loser kid.....a cpl things....check ur spelling a bit better....its annoying reading things with a billion mistakes.....also, i dont read many car mags, just truckin, but i do know that the dodge commercials for the HEMI ram, never claimed it was fast, it just said it has the most torque, and strongest towing capabilities...and lastly, its just my opinion, but ur truck isnt all that nice looking, the RAM air looks like the truck has nostrils, again, this is just my opinion.....

here's a review of it (http://www.automotive.com/Reviews/09/2003/nissan/frontier/)
Engine sizes range from 2.4-litre dohc 4-cylinder to 3.3-litre V6 to the 3.3-litre V6 supercharged version available in the SVC and S/C models. This supercharged engine achieves power of 210 hp at 4800 rpm, and measures 231 lbs-ft of torque at 2800 rpm. The regular V6 is not too far behind, with 180 hp at 4800 rpm, and 202 lbs-ft of torque at 2800 rpm.
this page has everything on it. (http://www.new-cars.com/2003/2003-nissan-frontier.html)
