You know what the scary thing is? I watched a show on National Geographic about super volcanoes ...there's one that lies beneath Yellow Stone, and we're due for another explosion. They say a super volcano's explosion caused a mini-ice age in the 1800's which resulted in widespread famine. Estimates are, that when it does explode, billions will die and most of the continental U.S. will be covered in a nice layer of ash (which when breathed in acts like a swarm of little razor blades to the lungs.)

I think it erupted yesterday, not too exciting. Still waiting for the Big One that will block the sun's light for millenia as we here on Earth all suffer and slowly starve to death/asphyxiate.
