how do you get an icon next to your name I MUST KNOW!!!

Ok look on the toolbar do you see something that says User CP?? Click on that. Ok now there will be something that says edit avatar on the left. Click on that and VOILA you can choose one or make your own.

when you post a new thread- theres a small part under where you type your message- in there u have the check the box that sais "post a poll"
