I agree with you about not using drugs but I dont believe that "E" or whatever he was on "probably crystal meth or a hallucinigen" would affect his endogenous opiaite production...specifically endorphins or anything that stimulates the Mu receptor sites. Perhaps it would cause more damage to his serotonin production or dopamine function considering the type of agonists he ingested. Sorry for being a dork but I happen to enjoy nerochemistry :)
