i have learned something that may help you all. i dont know if it works everywhere but it should. if you dial *67 + area code+number, the number will show on caller id's as blocked. u dont know if it stops from *69 but no one wants to waste a dollar for that.

i should try making prank calls collect. if they *69 me i think it will trace back to the phone company... i have never gave, or recieved a collect call in my life so this is just a guess.
