ive been useing skype for a while and its awsome for pranks.....its basically and internet phone with free calls to other skype users....this is awsome for pranks and much more safe and since its already on your computer its very easy to record.....plus the search lets you find any user anywere.....i was talkin to a dude from ethiopian a day or so ago
only bad thing is you pay to call real phones....

i recommend you try it and its cool cause its not only for windoze but also Os X and Linux

That sounds cool i also know a program like that called glophone that lets u call anyone in the united states with or without glophone.
