She is turning down the music as she likely doesnt approve of it. If you watch movie again you will notice the song abruptly ends (as she has likely pressed stop or mute) and then you see her look up and notice camera. Either a) that guy had a small camera b) that is one dumb bitch for not noticing the camera or whatever earlier or c) the whole thing is staged. I'm going with b) because her chosen vocabulary to voice her disapproval was horribly primitive. Someone of this intelligence could likely not act that well in an amateur video.
