Hey I don't know if this movie is old now to you americans who've already seen it but...in Australia it got 4 stars and a half and i think it deserved 5!
As soon as it ended I wanted to watch it again! All the action so life like and not at all hollywood and Tom Cruise was great in it!! So was Jaime Fox! AHHHHH!!! SO MANY GREAT SCENES! see it...you'll love it!!!!
Cab driver Max (Jamie Foxx) has lived a pretty mundane existence for the past 12 years, watching passengers come and go and forgetting the procession of faces he sees in the rear vision mirror. Tonight, however, Max will have a fare he'll never forget.
Contract killer Vincent (Tom Cruise) is in town on business, and when his job is done, five bodies will fall. Circumstances cause Vincent to hijack Max's cab, and as he is forced to take his captor to the five destinations, Max becomes acutely aware that he is collateral – an expendable person in the wrong place at the wrong time.
With the LAPD and FBI hot on their trail, Max and Vincent's survival becomes dependent on each other in ways neither could have imagined…
