So Osama sends Bush a note in a Congratulations Card
The note reads:
370HSSV-0773H
Thinking it is a secret coded they ran it through the CIA, NSA and FBI all came back stumped. They sent a copy to MI-6 and they drew the same conclusion. After they exhausted all other resources they try sending it to the RCMP in Canada. A mounty faxes back in a few minutes "I think the problem you had was the message was upside down".
