Posting a Video

I am trying to post a video clip to the video clip threads,and I can't fugure how to do it.I noticed on the side it says I can't do attachments.I guess I am limited to postings,but I want to be a contributing member of this group.Any help on how I can post Images and movies.

You'll have to find a place to host the video file... then post the link to where ever you host it.

EDIT: How big is the video file you want to share? We might be able to recommend a good file hosting site depending on the size of the file.

Attachments
You cannot post attachments unless you are a premium member. And even if you were allowed to post attachments, only picture were allowed, not videos.

Pictures
Pictures can be linked in an URL in your post if your are posting in a forum other than the "Pictures" forum. In the Picture forum you can use the Forum Code to actually show the picture in your post. Just use www.name of url to post images in the Picture forum.

Videos
To post videos, you can either: Download it yourself and then host it somewhere using a hosting company or simply post the URL of the video onto your post. Some of the members there prefer downloadble links so you may want to post the download link, instead of the webpage link, when possible.

This is like, a temporary place to host a video. It works though.
