this really isn't a request but i couldn't think of anywhere else to put it...anyways i need some help on my windows xp themes...wenever i download a new one, all tht changes is the wallpaper....sum 1 help plz

You can't download strait windows xp themes. What you're downloading is probably themes for windows blinds, or some other 3rd party windows theming program. Windows doesn't recognize the file type because you don't have the program installed. Also, if somehow you are downloading strait themes, then they're just not workin because everything you need for the theme is only on the computer form where the theme originated, like sounds and stuff.
