Sally Kirkland live tv blooper

I have been looking for ages for a blooper featuring sally kirkland on a live morning program where she is showing off a dress when a bloke behind her pulls her top down. It is really hilarious and was shown on that American blooper show but I have never seen it since. I think it was from late 80's/early 90's.
