Mercedes Benz Knowledge?

I am the proud owner of a 1991 300E Benz. And i was wondering if anybody has any experience in owning a luxury car and if so what type of things are needed to maintain it. Such as. i was told not to washing the car while in direct sunlight....etc Any info would be greatly appreciated.

i have a 86 lincon contanential but luxury cars are hardly diffrent from regular cars

if you wash it in the sun, the soap will dry before you can rinse it off. but as coven66 said, its not different from any car, especially old ones like yours.
