Exstracting flash, Mov, Wav, ect. off internet

How do you exract the above, here are the ones i know, then i will update as i get new info, and thanx for the help

FLASH: use flash catcher (http://www.justdosoft.com/flashCatcher/Download/FlashCatcher.exe)

MOV: ?
WAV: ?

[Splatter]

MOV I think is Quicktime movie format
Wav can be opened by alot of programs.Windows Media Player is just one.
MPG or MPEG both Windows Media player
Avi Windows Media player but alot open both this and the above mentioned.
If you are having problems opening videos go to this thread (http://forum.ebaumsworld.com/showthread.php?t=23878) and Download the packet and install it.I did that and it worked wonders for me.
