OK well Ive noticed that there are actually a good number of Browns fans on this board so this thread is appropriate.
Anyways... I want to see them win another game but in retrospect it is not what we need to have happen. The front office is gonna have a major overhaul after the season. We need a new GM, new coach .. etc.
Last year the Browns won their last game (against the Bengals) and it knocked them down on the draft board.. So this year .. the last two games Im hoping that they lose by 3 in OT both games.
They wont have the #1 pick in the draft, SF will. They play Buffalo and NE.
The top three will look like this (mark my words)
#1 San Francisco 49ers (2-14)
#2 Cleveland Browns (3-13)
#3 Miami Dolphins (3-13)
P.S. IF we dont get an O-line this offseason... I will shoot myself in the face with a shotgun.

Tell Rick Majerus that quitting isn't such a bad thing.
Signed,
The Cleveland Browns
I thought this was funny.

Haha that's hilarious.
What we need to do is overhaul our front office (like what was said earlier), so we can get better scouts. In the past, our scouting has been terrible, therefore causing our drafts to be terrible.
Talk about a frusterating season.... :banghead: :banghead:

The Browns definitely need a proven GM to fix the team. That should be their number 1 priority this offseason. Then, you look for a head coach, a guy like Ferentz would be perfect. Next, you build the O-Line, whether it be through acquiring a free agent or drafting a guy like D'Brickshaw Ferguson. Finally, you take the young group of players and let them play. We have Winslow and Jones back for next season, along with whoever we draft, so this should be a much improved team next year, hopefully along the lines of what the Chargers have done
Heres a good article on what the Browns should do: http://browns.scout.com/2/324619.html

If we can just keep from getting fuckin injured then I will be happy, I don't care if we get one win, just stop fucking getting injured. I know it's a normal occurence in football, and people say we can't use it as an excuse, every team has injuries....Ok, I don't think every team has 10 starters on the IR, and 10 other back up players on the IR? Are top two draft picks, our best tackler, our best offensive linemen, our best defensive player and several others just to name a few. That many injuries should be prevented, we seriously need new strength and conditioning coaches, that should be the first thing done. Next, definitely a new GM. And stop saying we want Ozzi Newsome, he doesn't do anything, he just gets the credit, Phil Savage is the man we want. Plus, to get Ozzie we would have to spend a hell of a lot of money for him, get Savage. Next, I don't know why people are throwing this thing around with the Pats GM, why would he come here? He's winning superbowls over in New England, if he would be dumb enough to come here, I wouldn't want him. As for a head coach, please, please, NOT ANOTHER COLLEGE COACH. I want a guy who has been in the league and been to the playoffs. None of this college shit, I'm sick of guys coming in, having shit teams, gaining tons of experience, then leaving and doing good somewhere else. I don't want Farentz...Please get me a guy who has been here and won SOMETHING!! As far as our offensive line, it's not so much that they suck, it's more they have bad coaching and we don't use good blocking schemes. Look at Denver's offensive line, they aren't any better than ours, but they have had, what, five 1,000 yard rushers in a row? Why? Because of those zone blocking schemes they use. The Browns don't do any stunts or zone blocking or anything, we just go block the guy right in front of us.
