How do I post a pic that I created in my Paint program onto a post here?

You will need to upload the picture on a image hosting site. The most popular is www.imageshack.us and it supports certain image types, so make sure the image is in the correct format before uploading. Once uploaded, the site will give you links that you can use to posts your image on the forums. The [IMG] code is only on in the pictures section (if I'm not mistaken), so if you want your image to appear automatically, that would be the section you could do it in. You can posts links in any section. I type too much, I hope that helps.
