I was wondering if any of you guys knew where I could get a beat mixer.
The software kind. The kind that uses your keyboard for the different beats and sounds.

FruityLoops. If you have a p2p program like ARES (http://www.aresgalaxy.org) , You can download the program + serial number there.

Where do I need to go, I went to the site and all they had were demos and samples. Also help me out with Ares, I've never used it. But I do have Winmx

Also check out "Orion" by Sonic Syndicate. That's a pretty cool program. It has some built-in synths and samplers, but you're better off finding some VST plug-ins for some cooler FX and such.

Use WinMX then. Do an ARCHIVE search for "FruityLoops" and dowload the highest sourced one, With the serial.

I got one. Man I didnt realize how complex it would be. I know nothing about it. Although I've always been very interested in making my own beats I didnt realize how hard this stuff is. I guess I gotta figure it out right.

It all depends on how serious you are with it. Fruityloops is a nice cheap program. Reason is really tight, not too complicated, but a wee bit expensive. Pro Logic is the best, really complicated and really expensive.
