calling companies

me and my friend wanted to call a big sales company, like some sort of catalog place(victioria secret, eastbay, old glory, etc).... we wanted to act like were going to request a catalog with the soundboards....well out of no where my friend says, this is not a good idea.he came up with reasons why we shouldn't do it.what do you guys think, is it a bad idea to call victoria secret with al pacino, or howard stern?

It depends if you don't block your number. I didn't block my number once and my phone company (bellsouth) called telling me a warning or something. Anyways tell you friend its for fun and its pay back for all the times they call us.

Oh yea the best soundboard would probably be Miss Cleo. Every female falls for it. Its great.

I think it is a good idea. But, I haven't heard your friend's reason why not to. But, I work for a big company and I wish someone would call me with a soundboard. I don't know why people on the receiving get all pissy... I would have a hoot if someone pulled that dumb shit on me.

have you ever heard of a game called counter strike??? its great makeing a single game and then calling k mart or wall mart like use this question for an example " which gun will unload a clip faster while hanging out the window..??" that gets a great reaction... or you can say that and add the gun noise (preferbly the AK-47) and be like " i told you to stay outta my house jimmy i said that i was gonna shoot ya" and hang up... its great with alot of friends around when you hear there reaction...:D

he was worried because he thought, the companies would track me down, to a point where it would involve the police or the phone company. well thanx guys, i guess i will call victoria's secret customer service tonight...

I HATE YOU COUNTER STRIKE NERDS!!!!! my friend used to be obsessed with that game... he didnt come out of his house for three days and when he did come out, his eyes were bloodshot his skin was pale and his mind was dulled.... took him months to recover...thank GOD for therapy

ok for 1st i am not a cs nerd.... i play every now and then 2nd i am a paintball junky i spend my time at feilds shooting other people... 3rd i feel sorry for someone that stays locked up like that playing CS... so u need 2 shut up just cuzz i play maybe 30 mins ever other day dont make a cs nerd..... feel sorry for your friend...

Rather than using CS noises, I've found that using your paintball gun is more effective when prank calling. It's a hell of a lot louder, and more realistic. :cool:
