Well Napster has now gone legal, because you download the software onto your computer and pay for tracks to download off it (Aroud 99p per song). Well thats what I have anyway.

and I guess there's a subscription fee that you can do and get unlimited streaming. I'd get it but I have a mac and it doesn't work on a mac.
