i got this thing from some other forum so its not mine. so just tell me if you agree with it. the answer must be obvious

You might be a teenie if...
1) If you have more than 3 things of Good Charlotte's mercendise
2) If you like Simple Plan more than Metallica (belive me I know people like that who arn't my friends)
3) When you wear dickies, a tie, and a trucker hat ALL in the same outfit.
4) You by stuff at Hot Topic and Ambercrombie and Fitch
5) If you brag more than 75,000 times each week about how much Joel from Good Charlotte is sOoOoOoOoOoOo hAAAAAAAAAWWWWT!
6) If you think Avril Lavinge is heavy metal and Korn is pop
7) If you think you can skateboard better than Bam Margera when you haven't even touched a skateboard in your life
8) When you think anarchy is when you wear as many things with the anarchy sign as possible
9) If you think Marilyn Manson is scary
10) If you go home crying because you got a bloody nose in a moshpit at a Yellowcard concert

I've seen people like this, they piss me off so much. Our youth tries a little too fucking hard to be the opposite.

Well i wouldn't say Korn is too far away from pop, and i would be very afraid if i had to spend some time alone with marilin manson( you have to admit a 6' 4" 140 lb bisexual man who took out hs own ribs to use them as drumsticks/ give himself head is creepy), but other that that i don't fit into your list.

I got a nice Fender hat (yes, I'm a real musician who only likes/plays '60s-80's rock) at Hot Topic. I also got a couple Simpsons shirts. I think everyone here would agree with me that the Simpsons are cool to have on a shirt (one of them has almost everyone from the Simpsons arranged like the cover to Sgt. Pepper and is called the "Yellow Album).

Ok first of all i do buy stuff at Hot Topic, but why the hell you put them in the same category as Abercrombie and Fitch. The only people i know who buy the crap from that store are the ones who blow all of their parents money, look down on people because they don't listen to pop or some other crap kind of music just because they do, and they bitch and moan until they get the same piece of crap mitsubishi eclipse that all of their other little whiney moron friends have. So i find it offensive that you would put those two stores in the same category. Hot Topic is good and Abercrombie is crap. End of story.

Abercrombie and Fitch - MTV middle class invades upper class, causing a torrent of shit.
Hot Topic - MTV invades punk/emo/whatever else that sounds like it, also causing a torrent of shit.

So, I would agree with #4.

I only have purchased two things at Hot Topic, and that was one of those spiked bracelet things and a spiked belt thing. I bought it because I though it looked cool (not because I wanted to be "punk", which it is not), and to be honest that store scares the hell out of me, especially during Halloween. Yikes.

And the second and only other thing would be #8, but everybody is guilty of that.

Good list though.

Well, I think he means that people that buy things from Hot Topic to look "Punk" or Indie rocker, then go across the hall and buy Abercrombie and Fitch to make sure they still have their Prep friends.

Why do people even care where other people shop anymore? Is this Hot Topic/Poser shit still going on? Christ. Kids are all flocking to dumpsters now to find clothes because it's so fucking hardcore. You know you've walked into a Hot Topic once before (not everyone, but come on), you've seen the dude or chick with piercings all over their face, they have you on camera.

I know this little speech isn't going to save the world, but I just had to say it. I don't shop at Hot Topic, but I've walked in there a couple times looked around, and it's not that big of a deal. It's all emo stuff right now, because that's what it is, it's the tread at the moment.

i cant really explain that one well since this isnt my list, but i know that its not what you think. it means that the people who got to abercrombie who are the spoiled rich kids who buy crap and listen to pop, etc., think they are so much cooler going to hot topic, thinking its making them punk and stuff. i dont think i explained it well, but that one has to do with being a hipocrit and a poser. also to wurby who neg repped me for this, THIS IS NOT MY LIST
