looking for an old school pc game/puzzle/point and click game

Cant figure out name for this game. you start in a carnival and you pick a shrunken head then your on an island where you have to solve a lot of puzzles. :banghead:

Just a wild guess here, Monkey Island? I seem to remember playing a game that had a shrunken head. If you could come up with more details it may jog my memory.

um... is it called like: The land of Zoombenies? or something like that? heh probably not.. but sorta similar...
