Got fucked by old folks home

Hey guys i have a question on what happened here. What i do is I call my friend mike on my phone in my basement lets call that phone 1. Then i press flash dial a number and press flash again, making it a three way. Then i put phone 1 by my mic. to record, While i do that i put on my head set phone. Lets call that phone 2. Well i was doing this and Mike was talking to a lady at an old folks home saying he wanted his grandpa. It sounded like the lady hung up, so i went to phone 1 and pressed flash then hung up. I then picked up phone 1 and hung up the head set (phone 2). Then turned on the headset and hung up phone 1. So me and mike were talking and stuff and he says lets call mickey dees (Mcdonalds :)) i say okay then this lady pops up out of no where that works at the old folks home and says I'm gona have both of you arrested for messing around on the phone.
I don't know how she did this. I hung up both phones disconnect the three way. it wasn't any one at my house or his because no one was home. Any ideas on how she did this?

I expect she just didn't hang up at all - i.e. she didn't actually do anything special.

She probely did but i disconnect the 3-way

After you THINK you disconnected a 3-way call, make SURE to click over again and hear a dial-tone to confirm that they're gone.

thats happend to me, i called mcdonalds or publix or somthing and they were still on the line, when me and my friend were laughing. So i always have to check for a dial tone now. :banghead: :banghead:
