I like to call them "video-tricks". It's on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, when they'll take someone’s active/moving face from a separate video, and put it over another person's face on another video. You know what I'm talking about, right? It's very hard to explain in words. I've e-mailed them countless times, but never get a response. DAMN IT, this is so-oo-oo hard to explain!!! EXAMPLE: when they'll take George Bush's moving face from another video, and lay it over the face on another video of a gay stripper, and it will sort of look like Bush is stripping.

I know they create these "video-tricks" with computer, but with what computer program? Could an average person obtain such software, without paying $4,000 for it? Does anyone know what the hell software is called?

I know I sound like I'm on drugs, but the video-trick subject is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to explain. I'm praying to God for someone to answer, so I can go to sleep tonight. How to create video-tricks have bugged me for two years, or so now. They make me crack up laughing, like nothing else. I'm going insane about this subject!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Adobe Premier

It's a really good video editing program.
Not very "easy" to use but hey if you want to just punk around with it.

The best program for that sort of thing is "Adobe After Effects", and alot of professionals use that program since it supports sooooo many cool plugin filters. There may be better programs out there than After Effects for video editing, but you'd have to sell your house and granny to purchase them. :D

Pretty much any Adobe Photo editing software will get you the results you want.
