tourette syndrome is when you swear uncontrolably or you yell out unappropriate things at any time. It happens at any moment and you dont see it comeing. U know what i mean.

that is untrue, there is a FORM of tourettes where u scream profanity uncontrollably, but the more common form of tourettes is when you twitch or tick, or bob your head with no control over it

The news anchor did not have tourettes, that part of the title was a joke. He swore because he fucked up what he was supposed to say ("Fox, Live at News" instead at "Fox News, Live at.."), and I can testify that people in television do that all the time.
