Try the Mobiledia - Cell Phone Forums (http://www.mobiledia.com/forum/index.html). They've had all the information on mobile phone's I've ever needed.
Hope it helps.

I found this while in Google.

TO ANYBODY WITH DRIVER-PROBLEMS:
I and two of my friends all bought V180s
a couple of weeks ago. Here is some info that might be useful.

Checklist
1. Get Mobile Phone Tools Version 3.x
(If you can't find it, get Version 2.x and use the LiveUpdate function.)
2. Install it. Nothing else. (At least we didn't have to!) Plug in v180.
3. When clciking MPT-icon, if the software doesn't start, wait. WAIT. wait. Wait some more. Wait.
4. If it is searching for a modem and doesn't find one, have the phone checked.

I also found these three links for Mobile Phone Tools software.

I think you will need either all of them, or just the last one. The guy that posted it didn't specify.
