special editing request

i have a clip of a stand-up who does a beat for his wanna dance bit. (it's dane cook). i love the beat, and i need someone who can play that same beat (repetitive) for 1 minute. then he does another little part (same beat) and he says SOMEBODY SCREAM! and i want that in every 10 seconds. if anyone can do this, please let me know. i can give you the link to where the song is at, then give you the times of the beats etc. or, if you know how to do it with reg. windows progs., then let me know as well and i might give it a try.
