i like christian rap, it is very spiritual, even tho jesus wrights songs about drugs and alcohol.

I listen to alot of downtempo/trip hop/ambient cause Im a badass, I figured it could have fallen in the drumnbass category, but screw it I picked other.

Yea i love drum and bass just as well as hip hop and rap, But when it came down to it i decided to pick hip hop and rap.

You CANNOT put punk in the same catergory as heavy metal... punk sucks while heavy metal kicks much ass... i voted for hip-hop:D

I voted for "other" but there's good stuff in all of those choices with exception to pop.

i like pretty much everything except country and pop. but my favorite type is classic rock.

omg, i couldnt answer. i like everything. im not as much into pop or country as im into other things, but i can still listen to it. i have a lot of my old pop CDs and i listen to them sometimes when i need a pick-me-up. i also have one or 2 country CDs, but the ones that borderline pop and or/rock.

I really think that all music can be good, except for country. I just can't stand country at all. But to tell you the truth, soundtracks are my favorite music. I mean anything in a soundtrack, whether it's pop, rap, techno, rock, orchestra (I particularly enjoy the orchestra soundtracks because I play music in quite a few bands), it all adds to the soundtrack nicely, because those songs express parts of the movie, and for some reason that really grabs my attention.
Favorite sountracks:
Lord of the Rings
Romeo and Juliet
A Beautiful Mind
basically anything by John Williams or anything for Steven Speilberg movies (particularly Star Wars, E.T., Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Schindler's List)

Metallica is by far my favorite heavy metal band EVER.

Doors...Rush...Lynard Skynard...AC/DC...Guns n Roses...Peter Frampton...Bruce Sprinsteen...Boston...many many more...

This kind of music is best listened to in a pickup truck with good speakers blasting! LOL!


I also like all diff kinds of music...blues, hiphop, funk, some rap, some country, jazz, but ima classic rock chick by nature...lol

Its gotta be classic rock. Nothing beats it. And oopy, it cant go under that rock section because classic rock isnt even near heavy metal or punk, the group makes no sense when talking about classic rock

i voted for rock...i listen to all kinds of music...from country to heavy metal...i like it all pretty much...but as far as recently i have been into a lot more rock and metal so i chose that one...you are all entitled to your opinions...but country is good stuff...i have converted several people...and my ex-bf has converted me to more metal as i converted him to more country...so it's all good :D

no way. punk musik is the best, modern stuff and the early stuff too.
also those kindov random depressing songs u hear by unknown peeps on like kl films. like 10 things i hate about u, it showed me how beautiful soul music is, and i almost forgot punk.
but still, it rocks.

i'm gonna go with grindcore. the closest thing on that list is heavy metal, but i'm going with a specific genre in a genre
