I was thinking about songs that just are really cool and exciting and such, so I would like to list the ones I think are good
Fear of the Dark- Iron Maiden
Orgasmatron- Motorhead
War Ensemble-Slayer.

The song "Black Sabbath" by the group Black Sabbath. I love to listen to it in the dark with headphones.

I don't know what exactly you mean by "sending chills down your spine", but these songs touch me (nothing perverted... School of Rock... lol) in a very special way. I do get a chill running down my back, but it's because I feel for the person in the song. Does anyone else have this? Or am I just weird?

Concrete Angel - Martina McBride
Three Wooden Crosses - Randy Travis
Warning - Incubus
Angel - Amanda Perez

That's all for now... I know there is more but I'm too lazy to remember them.

Btw, if you have never heard of it, listen to Bad Touch by Bloodhound Gang. That song is hilarious.

Holiday in Cambodia easily. The intro is mediocre but when East Bay Ray hits the highs, it always sends chills down my spine.

That is defiantly saying something considering I have heard that song at least 600 times.

Other notable songs:
Soup is good food- Dead Kennedys
Tiny Dancer- Elton John*
I love you- Black Flag
Kids of the black hole- Adolescents

That song proves that it does not need to be loud and fast to get your adrenaline going.

Rock N' Roll Suicide by Bowie always gets me when the band cuts out and Bowie screams like a mad man, that an when the guitar solo wails away. It's freakin' awesome.

now u guys got me hooked on it. it actually did send a small chill down my spine. the Live version of it, where the audience hums to the song.

On the S&M album, the transition from Call of Ktulu to Master of Puppets makes the hair on my back stand up all the time. That transition is totally sweet.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but the Shower Scene from Psycho (the really screechy violins) kinda send a chill down my spine also.

The theme song in Schindler's List also sends chills down my spine. That violin solo is by far one of the best pieces of music I have ever heard in my entire life. The expression is incredible and it perfectly represents the Holocaust. Damn I could go on forever about that, but if you get a chance, look it up sometime. The soundtrack is by John Williams and the violin solo is by Itzhak Perlman.

Hmmm, I see we have some Dead Kennedy fans in here! DK was awesome in there time, and hell, that shit doesnt get old. Holiday in Cambodia was a fun song to listen to for me. Just showed alot.

Songs that chill me?

Slayer - Guilty of being White

OK, this song is just scary. I dont particullarily (sp :P) like Slayer, and this song sounds like they're trying to make a point on racism, and end up shouting out something that could either be extremely racist or completely sarcastic against the society.

Then theres this. Anyone heard of Necro? Its rap. I dont like rap.

But about 95 percent of his songs are FUCKING SCARY.

theres one called 'dead body disposal'

I quote: (imperfectly, Im not going to go and listen to it or read the lyrics, but its along these lines)

If you got a dead body, take him to your bathtub, hang him upside down, strip naked so you dont get blood on your shirt, slit his throat, and watch the blood squirt. It gets it out most by himself, but to get that extra gush, work his arms up and down like pumps'

OK, its the most disturbing song I had heard in my life.

Then I heard a song called 'White Slavery'.. Which could be worse, I cant stand to listen to them in order to make a descision, but they're definetly spine chilling to the point where you want to vomit.

"Hello" - Evanescence

I am not a fan of them. A few of their songs are good but they are to experimental. None of their songs are the same, some people like that but I do not. Their introductions are too long also.

when i was first getting into Nirvana, any Nirvana song i heard kinda creeped me out. It was like Kurt Cobain was singing about me or to me and he was there with me. And hes dead, which kinda leaves an errie feeling in his words and sounds. "You know you're right" is creepy, with the moans and quiet bell type sounds.

First time I saw "Imagine"'s video by A perfect circle... Just sent chills down my spine... come to think of it... whenever I hear the original by lennon I get chills too :/.

I remember back when I was in High School my art teacher played a song, no idea who it was, or even what genera of music it was... I can't even remember what it was, but I do remember it sent chills down my spine... Wish I could go back and find out :(

More recently "Sea Of Lies" by Symphony X did it for me :/

Oh, and when I listened to Zeppelin's How the West was Won... just the live CD... most did it... not a HUGE fan of em, but the CD... man.

Have no idea what it's called and if anyone can get the actual title major props.

But the people in it are - P.Diddy, Notorious B.I.G., Busta Rhymes(Chorus) Lloyd Banks, 50 cent,

Now it's a 'Street-Sweeper' by DJ Kay-Slay and at the start The Game just talks for like 10 seconds.

But yea, it's a huge remix and just beat..something about it theres like a little piano thing in the back that just plays quietly while the major people (Everyone but 50cent &Lloyd banks) actually rap good in the song.

But yea you get the point

The beatles - She's so heavy (mainly the ending)

I really enjoy hearing this song, I love the intro and I love the outro of the song, and everything else in between is just as lovely. But the ending of the songs is unbelievably the best I've heard. Just the way it ends into nothing and the feeling you get when you dont want it to stop, that ending trances you into song, you just dont want it to end. I cream my jeans everytime I hear it.
