Who will win the NCAA Tournament? I know it is early to pick this but I think the frontrunners are pretty clear cut out. I am hoping Duke will win, but I think when it is all done Illinois will win.

Yo Boston College Eagles going to win, only one lost, but I just started watch college bball last year, I dont know too much about all the other teams yet, and i kind of have to watch it, i need it as a replacement as hockey.

I think North Carolina is overated they got beat by Duke who just lost to Virginia Tech. And they lost to Santa Clara it might have been early in the season but... However i think North Carolina will get to the final four or even the championship game. But i think Illinois will win it all.

Duke is a Top Ten team, on their home court, with all of the Cameron Crazies. It was a close game too. After being beat 3 times last year by Duke, UNC knows they can stay with them, and I think they will beat them next meeting.

Only thing im sure of is that illonois wont make it to the championship game, they haven't been challenged at all this year, they play in a very weak conference. As of today id say its either Wake or UNC thats going to take the whole thing.

I disagree. Michigan State is doing well, but Wisconsin can't do shit on the road. Both them and Ohio State are looking good on the stat sheet but neither of them can really challenge Illinois. Illinois will make it through to the Sweet 16 at best; they could get stuck playing a killer 8 or 9 seed in the second round like Maryland or UCLA.

That was one of the games they didn't show up for. My point is Illinois could easily get matched up against a team in the second round that could give them a good match.

EDIT: And, Wake Forest came back a few weeks after that FSU loss to crush them by 40 in the rematch. Which just proves how inconsistant they are.

Boston College has a few stars that went under the radar this season with Craig Smith and Jared Dudley.

I don't know, after watching a couple of Arizona's last few games they sure seem legit. I think they could make it the Final Four as long as they aren't in the same bracket as Illinois.

Oh, and to all ya'll bashing UNC for loosing to Santa Clara...first off, we had to fly cross country on little rest and play a game against a pumped up sorry-ass team without our floor leader...thats that. Agaisnt Duke? Who the hell just walks in and wins at Cameron? All I can say is against Wake, we didnt bring our A-game....but as far as Im concerned, we are the best team in the nation. 12-2 in the ACC, undefeated at home, #1 in the nation in scoring, and fg pct, and many other stats. We got toughened up through our tuff schedule, while Illinois played weak teams. This is UNC's year and we'll be awesome next year because May and Felton are coming back (well May has already said he is, and Felton is the type of player to stay all 4 years) but we may loose McCants. Marvin Williams is awesome, and we have 3 McDonalds all-americans coming in next year. Ah....the 8-20 season 4 years ago seems so distant now...

Right now the overwhelming favorite has got to be Illinois. Even though the Big 10 is down this year, it's hard to go through any conference undefeated.

Syracuse will not make the Final Four.

The Final Four will consist of: Illinois, North Carolina, Kansas (I guarantee that they will wake up for Tourney Time) and Boston College.

UNC will defeat Boston College, and Illinois will put Kansas back to sleep.

Then, Illinois and UNC will compete in one of the best chamionship games in recent years.

I think BC is a good team but mostly comparitive to last years st joes very good against good and poor teams but when they get into the nitty gritty of the season what happens to the record it drops because their poise goes down because they lack the expierence needed
