New Arnold Call.

I called KINY Radio again, today. The last time I called them was sometime in August, or September... that was part 1. This is part 2. The reason I posted this, is to get feedback on the new soundboard combos I used in this call. I spent ALL last night practicing on Arnold soundoards, so I can learn quicker/better replies. :cool: Tell me if you like it, or think it's gay. It has by far the best combos I've ever used, yet I've never really used any good ones in my pranks. I couldn't figure out how to tag it.

On part 1, they played half of it live on the radio :D . I didn't know they did, until my friend called me, and told me his dad and him were listening to the radio on their way home, and he knew it was me.

That is in a different league to the calls you posted the other day.

Excellent responses - some very quick thinking there. The practice obviously paid off.

BTW you can usually tag the calls using all sorts of software.

E.g. i in iTunes select "get info" from the file menu, click on the info tab and then you can tag the call. I think most mp3 players will let you edit the tags - it's incredibly easy to do. The hardest part is comming up with a decent album name.

Yes, I was practicing with that particular one, incase someone said something like, "You're a fag". I figured that was an excelent reply to "You're a jerk", which is only 3 letters off...

I especially like what phrase I chose to end the call: "In case you forget... I'll be checking back with you." :D .

Even though I knew he was joking about tracing the call, I didn't want to take any chances.

Depending on my schedule for tomorrow, I'm might experiment/memorize the Lector soundboard tonight, and make a few calls tomorrow (maybe). But, rest assured it will be done soon.

Hmmm, not so sure about that Hanibal Soundboard. Some of the sounds have too much hiss and his voice is not clear on many of them. There area a few good alternatives to Arnold out there though.

Obvious Sgt hartman is brilliant - although I expect a lot of people will refuse to talk to him. Joe Pesci is top class too, though the soundboard is very limited. Al Pacino is nice also.


However, Leslie Nielsen is one of my favourite soundboards. I have been using it a lot recently becasue he has a perfect voice for pranking.

I.e. Slightly dumb/confused yet very formal, clear and polite.

I would also reccomend the Jack Nicholson soundboard too as there are so many useful phrases on it.


BTW I listened to your call again and one criticism would be that you forgot one of the golden rules of prank calling - don't make death threats. I know the guy was probably in on the joke by then but it still isn't worth the risk.
Prank calling is pretty much risk free - but only if you stick to the golden rules.

Still it's a great call - you need to get your best calls hosted permanently - there's no excuse. Perhaps send them to KDK?

Well, Hannible may not be the clearest in the world, but it has some pretty funny phrases. Imagine calling a women and say "On the related subject I must confess to you, I've given seriouse though, to eating your wife!" That would be funny.

Yes, Hartman is brilliant. I watch my Full Metal Jacket DVD at least once every two weeks. I remember a couple years ago, some guy I pranked kept trying to insult me, but of couse, Hartman laid him out good!

I know, usually, when I'm clicking replies that fast, I don't even look at what I'm clicking. Right when I realized that I clicked that button, I was about to hang up.



Just curious, does anyone's adrenaline(sp?) get going whenever they're pranking??? My adrenaline(sp?) goes crazy whenever I prank, mostly because I'm scared as hell to get caught again. No matter how hard I try to calm down, I can't. Does this happen to anyone else?

No not really - obviously I'm not always 100% calm, but fairly calm.


Sometimes I start laughing if it is a really good call and/or a new soundboard I'm not used to and that can really mess up my concentration. Also very occasionally i lose my nerve - if i get a bad feeling about the call or something.


However, if you're worried then perhaps you're calling the wrong places? You need to call people who are so fucked up themselves that they won't care about pranks.

This basically means bad companies, telemarketers, people operating scams etc. The sort of companies that get loads of complaints anyway and most of them know they deserve to be pranked. I've posted a few fail safe numbers in the past - certain telemarketing organisations would look really dumb if they started to complain about prank calls. They're basically doing nuisance calls for a living anyway.

Also perhaps you should move to "politer" soundboards such as Leslie then they can't possibly complain aout anything that is said either!
